This property is restricted to 28 day use. This means no one should stay on the park for more than 28 consecutive nights. Further to this most properties are on 10 month use. December and January should not be used.
This unit currently has a siting agreement until the 31st Dec 2032. At the end of the lease the owner has informed us that depending on the condition of the caravan there may be an option to extend the lease on the land. Alternativly, as you would own the caravan this can be sold or relocated to another park.
The site fees are approximatly £3,200 per annum, which can be paid in stage payments, and the rates are £500 a year.
