Occupancy - Current Restrictions
Properties at Riviere Towans are restricted and can be occupied from the 1st April (or a week before Good Friday, whichever is earliest) to 31st October and from the 15th December – 4th January. Outside of these dates the properties can be used from 8:00am to 10:00pm (day hut).
Occupancy - Future Option
An option to extend the season was recently presented to the owners and has been approved by way of vote of the ownership. Individual properties will have to apply to the management company for this extension to the season which will allow properties to be used from the first Saturday in February to the first Sunday in November. Costs associated with this application are to be confirmed. The Christmas period will remain the same (15th Dec - 4th Jan). Outside of these dates the properties can be used from 8:00am to 10:00pm (day hut). Please note in addition to this a planning application may need to be made to Cornwall Council on some chalets. Planning history on each property has not been verified.
